Zodanig onderdeel zijn van het team om het naar een hoger niveau te tillen d.m.v. Jouw persoonlijkheid, kennis, kunde en dus ook nieuwsgierigheid in wet- regelgeving maar ook in mensen, dat is wat het verschil gaat maken.

Voor onze locatie in Wijchen of Venray zijn we op zoek naar een Auditor! In deze rol ga je aangeleverde douanedocumenten en de gedane werkzaamheden door de declaranten controleren op diens informatie! Je mag denken aan dossier-audits op import, export en oorsprongsdocumenten, maar ook diepte-audits op classificatie, douanewaarde en oorsprong. De bevindingen die je doet, vertaal je naar acties en zorgen voor richting in proces verbeteringen, training en coaching. Je bent als het ware de specialist in ons team en je rapporteert aan de Customs Brokerage Manager.

 

Als Auditor kom je in een team te werken van 20-25 collega's, je werkt binnen een informele sfeer (Buiten door de CEVA geregelde events, gaat het team regelmatig met zijn allen uiteten, wandelen in pauzes en is er altijd ruimte voor een onderlinge babbel en een lach), waarbij professionaliteit en respect voor elkaar belangrijke waardes zijn. Je werktijden variëren tussen 08:00 en 18:00 uur. Je standplaats zal Wijchen of Oostrum zijn.

 

WAT GA JE DOEN?

Als Auditor ga je:

• Het doen van dossier en diepte audits
• Verbeteringen die zijn voortgekomen uit de audits begeleiden;
• Het resultaat van deze verbeteringen waarborgen en opvolgen;
• Contact onderhouden met diverse partijen;
• Borgen van de kwaliteit binnen het team;
• Adviseren bij nieuwe processen en procesverbeteringen;
• Uitzoeken, in beeld brengen en eventueel oplossen van problemen

Wij zijn opzoek naar iemand die de volgende kennis en ervaring met zich meebrengt:

• Mbo/hbo-werk en denkniveau;
• Affiniteit met oorsprong, douanewaarde en classificatie;
• Een afgeronde vakopleiding Declarant;
• Kennis van de Europese en lokale wet- en regelgeving omtrent douane;
• Zelfstandigheid met sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden;
• Basisvaardig met Microsoft Office (voornamelijk met Excel); en
• Beheersing van de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
