Tasks
The Technical Support opening is a part-time opportunity for students in bachelor's and master's Programs and fresh graduates.
- You will support projects under the guidance of senior team members (1st/2nd Level, Infrastructure, Security, Networking area)
- You will assist in monitoring and managing infrastructure systems
- You will do an initial analysis of alerts and perform triage
- You will collaborate within a team to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues
- You will document processes, procedures, and findings in both English and German
Qualifications
- Advanced level of German and English
- Familiarity with both Windows and Linux, including basic command-line operations
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP protocols, firewalls, and general network concepts
- Basic knowledge of security principles (e.g., firewalls, malware, threat detection)
- Basic understanding of cloud environments, especially Microsoft Azure or AWS
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Strong interpersonal skills to work within a team and support a collaborative work environment
- Ability to adapt based on business needs
- High attention to detail to detect minor discrepancies in system behaviors or logs
Nice-to-haves:
- Knowledge of network and security components is a plus
- Familiarity with one or more languages (C, Java, Python, PowerShell etc) to assist in automating tasks and simplifying workflows
