- Manage projects that span multiple departments
- Project manager for online project management system, PLM system establishment such as project acquisition, resource planning, cost tracking and project status report
- Assist the PMQ manager in implementing project management processes in the company according to HQ. 4standards. Updated templates of project management according to process requirement.
- Regularly train internal colleagues for project management skills, process, tools, and methods
Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree major in software or engineering management
- Working experience in global foreign companies, including OEM and Tier 1 suppliers
- At least 8 years of working experience and more than 5 years in project management in Automotive Industry
- Project management experience in software-related projects. Such as IVI, ADAS, or chassis systems in an advantage
- Good knowledge of traditional and agile project management processes and methods
- Knowledge of the main OEM's project development process and milestones
- Knowledge of change management, concern management, and configuration management
- Deep knowledge of ASPICE requirements
- PMP Certificate is required
- Leadership experience is a plus
