Tasks
The Compensation & Rewards department is a central team of experts within the People Unit that is responsible for the development and optimisation of the remuneration and incentive systems. This includes salaries and bonuses as well as various benefit programs. The main purpose is to design competitive remuneration and incentive structures in line with the market to attract, motivate and retain talent in the long term. The Rewards department works closely with managers, HR and finance interfaces, company management and the works council to ensure that the remuneration strategy is in line with both the company's objectives and the legal and regulatory requirements.
The following tasks await you:
- Collecting relevant information and supporting colleagues on different market research analyses, market trends and benchmarking for Germany and foreign countries e.g. Inflation rate, benefits packages, salary range
- Centralizing and documenting data for further assessment and decision-making
- Creating and updating documentation and process instructions as well as specific information materials
- Preparing reports for salary and benefits overview and analysis
- Performing analysis and preparing results on different allocated topics for management presentations
- Operational execution of daily tasks, e.g. Preparation of parking benefits evidence, coordination of employee incentives for different occasions, communication with internal departments and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Existing experience and practice in the HR field, exposure to compensation and benefits activities is a plus
- An advanced level of German and English
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel, PowerPoint
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Good communication skills – both verbal & written
- Efficient and structured way of working
- Motivation and ambition to continue learning
