- Lead business development efforts to expand MHP’s CX portfolio.
- Develop and execute innovative problem-solving strategies and change management solutions during client engagements.

Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Drive growth by identifying and cultivating new opportunities in the CX domain.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of CX opportunities by leveraging your network and industry expertise.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine compelling CX solutions and proposals.
- Lead proposal development and presentation efforts, ensuring alignment with client needs and MHP’s strategic goals.
- Negotiate contracts and oversee the transition from sales to delivery, ensuring smooth execution.
CX Offerings:
Coordinate the offering process for CX-related proposals, from initial opportunity identification to a signed Statement of Work (SOW).Innovation:
Identify market trends, customer challenges, and emerging technologies to enhance MHP’s CX offerings.Client Engagements:
Execute CX-focused projects, analyzing current situations, identifying root causes, and implementing innovative concepts and deliverables.Leadership:
Lead and coach project teams, serve as the primary liaison to client management, and ensure successful delivery of projects.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Informatics, Engineering, or equivalent.
Experience:
- 5+ years of professional experience in consulting or the automotive or manufacturing sector (consulting preferred).
- 3+ years of project management experience, including leading teams and delivering successful projects.
- Proven track record in business development, including identifying opportunities, creating proposals, and closing deals.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategies, with experience in process and system analysis.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and visualization tools like PowerPoint; familiarity with tools like Visio and MIRO is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English (German is a plus).
