- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring maximum satisfaction.
- Oversee the development and implementation of initiatives to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
- Maintain compliance with Porsche’s global standards in all aftersales operations.
- Lead local and regional projects aimed at improving aftersales processes and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement innovative solutions and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in automotive aftersales, preferably with premium or luxury brands.
- Proficiency in automotive diagnostic tools and aftersales software systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is an advantage.
- Possesses strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with exceptional organizational and decision-making abilities.
