Challenges that will make you grow Your main task is to ensure the local implementation of and compliance with the company's security guidelines, including the following tasks You will oversee and assist in monitoring information assurance and perform independent analysis of IT system concepts, make recommendations for design and optimization, and facilitate the assessment and approval process. Oversee ongoing activities related to the development, implementation and maintenance of information security policies and procedures for the local site and make recommendations. Conduct basic information security training for new employee onboarding at the plant. Collaborate with various stakeholders in defining and analyzing system security requirements and providing solutions that best meet business needs. You will be responsible for identifying and communicating technical risks and mitigation strategies as well as developing and maintaining security documentation. Your responsibilities will also include assisting in finalizing documentation and implementing information security requirements and controls for IT systems in accordance with the Risk Management Framework. You will act proactively to prevent potential disaster situations at the local site and assist in assessing local information security incidents, determining required actions and coordinating actions. Diligently conduct and complete annual reviews and audits in accordance with the Information Security Management System (ISMS) requirements to ensure compliance with the local ISMS. You will communicate risks and recommendations to mitigate them and provide transparent KPIs. Last but not least, you will support the regular identification and classification of information and physical assets within a centralized register for information assets. Qualifications that will get you ahead You have a degree, ideally in information security, computer science or a related field. You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of information security. You are characterized by a careful, responsible, structured and team-oriented way of working.
