For our Hemophilia Business Unit, we are currently recruiting a
National Sales Head Hemophilia – Germany (m/f/x)
(fulltime / permanent)
The Opportunity:
You will manage the development and implementation of agreed sales concepts for the CSL Behring Hemophilia Business in Germany and lead the Hemophilia Sales Organization.
You will support our growth, through the best use of human capital and technical resources within the company and that activities in Sales are conducted in a manner consistent with:
- All short- and long-term business objectives
- Corporate Policies, local “rules, laws and regulations”
- Our values and ethical standards
Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute our hemophilia sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets. This includes market analysis, customer segmentation and product positioning as well as account planning, KPI and reporting optimization and establishing
- As a member of the Hemophilia Brand Team you will contribute to the elaboration of the national strategy for Marketing and Sales and ensure alignment.
- Develop, lead and execute customer-centric projects in alignment with the x-functional team
- Establish annual Sales budgets and periodic financial forecasts, set sales targets and monitor the progress towards achieving them. Adjust strategies and tactics as needed to meet or exceed sales objectives.
- Ensure frequent reporting and present regular reports and updates to Franchise Head and leadership team regarding sales performance, goals, tactics/project and strategy
- Provide accurate sales forecasts to aid in production planning, inventory management, and overall business strategy
- Ensure use of CRM system. Regularly analyze sales data, metrics, and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of the sales team and strategies. Implement changes and improvements based on data-driven insights
- Ensure launch readiness and excellence for new products
- Prepare internal business rationale, negotiate and contract pricing requests
- Develop a culture of high performance and ensure talent development
Position Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
- University degree in a scientific discipline and/or MBA
- At least 5 years of experience in healthcare/pharmaceuticals with special focus on Sales and Marketing.
- You should also have experience in managing people and worked in an international environment.
- Track record in launch excellence, business case development as well as account and KPI analysis / planning
- You will have a broad and deep knowledge of the German pharmaceutical market, where you have worked for at least 5 years.
- Fluency in German and a sound command of English is required.
- The job requires frequent travelling.
