Solid business acumen with an understanding of Culture & People/Organizational Development strategies. Experienced in creating and presenting executive presentations to C-suite leaders and key stakeholders. Discreet and able to handle sensitive Culture & People topics with professionalism. Proactive and hands-on, with a readiness to challenge the status quo. Willing to travel occasionally to engage with stakeholders across different markets. Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
