What You Will Be Doing:
- Provide hands-on technical support for workplace devices—laptops, desktops, printers, and multimedia systems—in both office and manufacturing settings.
- Manage and resolve IT requests and incidents through Service-Now, updating users on progress.
- Support local network needs, ensuring all hardware and software align with Steelcase standards.
- Install and configure new devices and software, ensuring compliance with Steelcase guidelines.
Who You Are:
- You have a basic understanding of IT (Office 365, networking) with a strong willingness to learn. Prior experience in a customer-facing role would be an advantage.
- You have and advanced level of both German and English.
- Any experience with a ticketing system would be a plus.
