We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic R&D System Verification Engineer within our Workflow and IT Solutions business unit. The candidate will contribute to the success of our clinical laboratory customers by ensuring Beckman Coulter provides the most innovative, reliable and accurate automation products available. This position is located in Großhadern, Munich and will be on-site.
The System Verification Engineer will work in the System Verification Team and will be involved in verification activities of laboratory automation products serving clinical diagnostic laboratories.
Specific responsibilities include:
Verification of laboratory automation products.
Execution of test protocols.
Support test laboratory activities and prototypes handling.
writing, reviewing of test protocols.
review of product requirements.
investigation of software, hardware, and system problems using a variety of testing techniques.
Close collaboration with developers and system engineer to define test methods.
Participate to project meetings to track progress of activities.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Technical Field.
Ability to work with cross-functional and remote teams.
Attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Ability to derive test cases from requirements.
Ability to work independently while staying aligned with the functional team.
Effective written and spoken communication skills.
