The Automotive Aftermarket division is responsible for Schaeffler's global spare parts business. With innovative strength, technical expertise, and the highest product quality, Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket is the trend-setting provider of repair solutions and services for internal combustion engines, hybrids, and electric vehicles and prepares the independent aftermarket for the technologies of tomorrow.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Product management in the light commercial vehicle (LCV) segment of the automotive aftermarket
- Participation in the development and implementation of a global product strategy for the light commercial vehicle segment
- Support in the development of a product and service roadmap and coordination of existing activities
- Monitoring relevant markets, competitors and technologies
- Preparation of presentations on product strategy and overarching product development
- Preparation of product content, briefings for marketing materials and campaigns
- Support and implementation of projects (expansion of the product portfolio, product launch)
- Ongoing coordination with the interface partners in the global markets and the central functions for the management, communication and marketing of the segment offering
- Implementation of reporting structures and key figure cockpits
- Carrying out product and business segment analyses and deriving recommendations for action to manage sales, profit and growth
Your Qualifications
- Degree in industrial engineering, business administration, product marketing or comparable qualification
- Sound professional experience in product management, preferably in a B2B environment and/or in the following industries Automotive aftermarket, automotive, commercial vehicles/fleet business or e-mobility
- Very good user skills in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of SAP/ERP applications desirable
- Experience in working with international teams desirable
- Fluency in German and English combined with a willingness to travel internationally, other languages an advantage
- Excellent analytical skills, structured and goal-orientated way of working and strong teamwork skills
- High customer orientation in combination with strong communication skills and intercultural competence
