Stellenbeschreibung Your tasks include (but are not limited to): You drive the strategic development and seamless execution of an innovative learning journey targeted at leaders & executives, from conception to delivery. This includes, e.g. You organize business-relevant content into executable learning experiences and design and deliver scalable interventions in different formats You keep abreast of the latest trends in learning and development and ensure that the leadership learning journey is aligned with external best practices You assign and manage learning providers and internal or external guest speakers, as needed You collaborate with regional teams for local journey implementation and activation You ensure engagement of all stakeholders, incl.
