We are hiring for a (Senior) Sales Manager eMobility (f/m/d) to work in our Sales & Marketing team.
TASKS
- Identify and acquire high-potential national and international customers and ensure appropriate, comprehensive customer support together with the customer success management team
- Negotiate SaaS-contracts with existing and new customers from the start to finish
- Identify new customers by regularly attending international trade fairs, exhibitions, etc.
- Work closely with product management, operations and marketing to contribute to a seamless customer experience
- Organize and oversee the technical integration of new partners to ensure smooth communication and data transfer, together with customer success management team
- Stay on-top with customer needs and industry trends in different European countries and to consistently optimize our positioning and respond quickly to market changes
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Track sales metrics to measure success and provide regular sales reports, forecasts and presentations to management
- Support the scaling of our solutions on the global market
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven track record as Sales Manager, Account Manager, Key Account Manager or similar in the fields of eMobility, SaaS or energy, with a portfolio that demonstrates your role selling complex products
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative and interest in bringing an innovative solution to a success story
- An independent, analytical and pragmatic way of working, without losing sight of the big picture, and an ability to empathise with customers' problems and aspirations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with partners, stakeholders and colleagues
- Knowledge of eMobility landscape, charging technologies and industry trends is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities
- Excellent German and English skills
