We are hiring for a Head of Sales & Marketing eMobility (f/m/d) to work in our Sales & Marketing team.
TASKS
- Lead, mentor, and grow the sales and marketing team with focus on delivering the best possible product and buying experience
- Develop and execute the winning global sales strategy in close dialogue with the management, ensure their implementation with the help of relevant and ambitious key figures and thus make a significant contribution to our global customer growth
- Conduct strategic contract negotiations with existing and new customers and be responsible for short and medium-term sales, plus cost planning
- Identify and acquire high-potential national and international customers, such as Charge Point Operators, and ensure appropriate, comprehensive customer support from start to finish incl. A customer success management
- Stay on-top with customer needs and industry trends in different European countries and translate this into a structured product requirement set
- Plan and manage all marketing categories, in the perspective of brand-, product- and lead-marketing. Additionally plan and manage communication strategies for the business
- Develop, plan, and implement customized B2B-marketing strategies for both online and offline activities with full target responsibility including attending national trade fairs, exhibitions, etc
- Develop and enhance relationships with a diverse range of existing partners and key stakeholders to maintain and grow the network
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including operations, legal and product to align the overarching goals
- Work closely with team members, to develop and mentor future leaders within these teams
Qualification
- 5+ years of proven track record and leadership experience in sales or account management with a focus on eMobility or operations platforms in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in conduction marketing and communication campaigns via various channels
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience coaching and developing teams to reach their full potential, focusing on empowering and uplifting others, fostering a supportive environment that encourages collaboration, personal growth, and shared success
- Network across the eMobility industry (CPOs, CPMS and hardware manufacturer) that supports the companies’ activities
- Hands-on mentality - you enjoy being operationally active and work on projects yourself
- Understand the importance of collaboration with product, operations and the development team to strengthen our product and processes
- You are thrilled by the outlook of building the leading operations platform with an international scope of customers
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative and interest in bringing an innovative solution to a success story
- Excellent German and English skills
