Deployment Manager (m/f/d)
Your missionAs a Deployment Manager & E-Mobility Charging Site Designer in the e-mobility sector, the role entails a central responsibility for the expansion and development of charging infrastructure. The primary tasks include planning, managing, and overseeing site expansion with charging components, with a focus on meeting schedules, cost constraints, and quality standards. Additionally, the role involves designing charging sites to ensure they are efficient, user-friendly, and more appealing than competitor sites. Effective collaboration with multiple teams, as well as coordination with customers, cooperative partners, and suppliers, is integral to the role's success.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and implementation of site expansion, taking into account time, costs, and quality standards
- Efficient management of CAPEX budgets and regular reporting
- Coordination with customers, cooperation partners, and suppliers
- Support in the development and improvement of e-mobility processes
- Designing charging sites with a focus on enhancing user experience and site appeal
- Planning, managing, and monitoring the expansion of new charging infrastructure sites
- Managing extensive CAPEX budgets and regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborating with customers, cooperation partners, and suppliers in the planning and implementation of charging infrastructure projects
- Handover of completed projects to operations management for operation and maintenance
- Supporting the design and further development of relevant processes in the area of e-mobility
- Reviewing site specifics and construction requirements to ensure EDRI sites are more appealing than competitors
- Integrating customer feedback and features to enhance site design and functionality
- Autocad capabilities with a desirable Autocad qualification or certification, followed by experience of producing scaled Autocad drawings
- Electrical qualification followed by producing electrical design qualification and experience of producing schematic drawings
- Civils experience would be ideal but not a prerequisite
- Experience in project management and planning of infrastructure projects
- Understanding of the e-mobility industry and technical requirements
