Job descriptionYOUR TASKS
- Lead ECON’s Research & Knowledge Management team: Currently one Research Analyst, plus working students/interns
- Strategically develop research and knowledge management services and processes, incl. Desk research, access to databases and research networks, data analytics and visualization
- Provide high quality research and analytics support to our project teams
- Monitor research market and ensure access to the best sources of information
- Leverage key units within the E.ON Group and relevant external research networks
- Keep ECON knowledge archive current and organized
- Ensure easy access to all research services and our knowledge archive
- Support our practice groups in the development of white papers on current topics across E.ON’s Energy Networks, Energy Retail and Energy Infrastructure Solutions divisions
- Develop and deliver communication formats to promote knowledge management and research offerings in the ECON community
- Enable upskilling through the usage of ECON internal analytics by showcasing selective data analytics and visualizing capabilities
- Professionally develop the Research and Knowledge Management team through coaching and feedback
- Control and administer department budget
- Report to our team of Directors
YOUR PROFILE

- At least five years of work experience in Research and/or Knowledge Management
- Successful completion of a university degree course (Master’s/Diploma)
- Ambition to shape ECON’s Research & Knowledge Management services
- Analytical skills to tackle complex challenges
- Strong and proactive client service mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- Initial leadership experience and a passion for developing and leading a diverse team
- Good understanding of the energy industry
