Conducting compliance and investigation audits
Independent development of process optimization proposals
Independent development of recommendations for improvement of identified weaknesses in close coordination with clients
Independent development of a precise and objective assessment of the audit subject matter ("audit opinion") and preparation of written audit reports
Suitable preparation of audit results both for presentation to the Board and to the responsible management
Monitoring of agreed measures and recommendations
Project-related support / audit of other group departments and business initiatives
Continuous development of process know-how
A convincing background
Above-average university degree (e.g., law, business economics, psychology)
Strong commercial acumen, good understanding of legal and compliance regulations
Ability to analyze complex issues and illustrate them precisely
High degree of entrepreneurial spirit and independence as well as the willingness to accomplish tightly structured audit and investigation plans
Strong social and presentation skills in an international environment, excellent communication skills as well as a polite and confident demeanor
Knowledge of interview techniques an advantage
Flexibility and willingness to travel in Germany and abroad
Fluent in English and German, additional languages beneficial
