- Design, development, and optimization of the navigation and electric vehicle EV features within the infotainment system of vehicles
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of advanced navigation functionalities while ensuring a seamless integration of EV-specific capabilities to enhance the overall user experience
- Lead software development for EV Navigation and Routing service on Android based platforms, by collecting user requirements, and developing architectural and functional specifications for China Mainland, Hong Kong and Macau
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to define requirements and specifications for the navigation and EV features
- Drive SW implementation with internal and external development teams, identify deviations between the actual performance and planning status, and define countermeasures
- Monitor key performance indicators KPIs and user feedback to continuously improve and optimize the navigation and EV features
- Track bug fixing and change request to achieve quality-wise approvable state
- Keep function iteration and new feature integration in owned domain to ensure the product competitiveness in the market
- Responsible for regular information synchronization between project managers, testers, suppliers and other stakeholders by means of reports and participating regular meetings on demands
- Supporting stakeholders across the wider global IVI team and working closely with suppliers
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or similar directions
- 3-5 years working experience on Connected Navigation or Location Based Service development for Asian markets, on IVI or mobile platforms
- Knowledge and knowhow in Android development and programming
- Experience in SAFe agile model of SW development
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent Chinese and English skills, both written and spoken; German is considered a plus
- Driving license
