- Support the CISO of the GLS Group in defining and execution the strategic roadmap for information security globally
- Support the CISO in preparation and organization of his entire communication to the global organization incl. meeting and event preparation (e.g. Executive Committees, Project Steering Committees)
- Act as a liaison between the CISO and senior leadership within the organization, facilitating effective communication and alignment of priorities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the CISO
- Drive continuous improvement efforts within the division by identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency enhancement, and implementing appropriate solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CISO, offering counsel on a wide range of business and strategic matters
- Take on ad-hoc responsibilities and special activities as assigned by the CISO, demonstrating flexibility and agility in addressing evolving business needs
- Prepare presentations/reports and orchestrate decision-making processes
- Conduct analyses and research independently, calculate and evaluate business cases, summarize results, develop recommendations, and drive next steps
- University degree or comparable professional work experience
- At least 4 years of experience, ideally in an international business
- Microsoft Office Proficiency
- Experience in information security
- Experience in project management, including interfacing with stakeholders at various hierarchical levels and cultural backgrounds
- Organized and methodological working style with excellent time management
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Capable of leading and completing assignments without supervision
- Advanced language proficiency in English. Other languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 30% is required
