- Collaborate with various MHP departments as a member of our purchasing teams
- Support the internal departments with inquiries, invitations to tender, awards and procurements, considering cost and quality targets
- Support in operational tasks in the purchasing area during contract management and the risk classification of creditors
- Share responsibility for supplier management and the associated price and contract terms negotiations
- Control, monitor and further develop the purchasing processes as well as optimize the SAP ERP system
- Support for Contract Management Tool: technical support including ticket handling and inquiries, preparation of training material, support with trainings and information
- Collaborate constantly with the Finance department for the MHP Credit card settlement and contribution to the MHP Credit card procurement process
- Having a Degree in Business Administration,or Industrial Engineering would be desirable
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Purchasing or Consulting industries
- Growing passion for project management, process modeling and optimization, as well as change management and organizational development
- Expertise in strategic purchasing processes and an analytical approach to problems
- Owning a service-oriented mindset, independence, structure, and analytical skills
- Negotiation skills, supplier management, confident with MS Office and experience in dealing with ERP systems (ERP), would be a plus

- Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
