- Manage the marketing plan and budget for the Porsche brand, products and services in Singapore and the region, and ensure the development of effective marketing programmes to support the overall business objectives
- Take strong initiatives to constantly improve upon marketing strategies and plans, as well as measure the success of a comprehensive range of marketing activations in a timely manner while meeting quality requirements
- Ensure the development of promotional assets up to the highest brand standards for an effective implementation of paid media and direct marketing campaigns across channels
- Initiate cooperative marketing programmes with importers and dealers to help steer their plans and budgets according to target, while enhancing their marketing competency and business output orientation
- Monitor importers' marketing plans and follow up on their implementation on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis, and conduct and approve regular reports and prepare functional management reviews and project-based meetings
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders within the organization to assess needs and plan measures accordingly; contribute to effective internal communications in conjunction with management team to promote cross-departmental and integrated working culture and cross-functional
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in luxury automotive, lifestyle or related business area
- Very well established project management and data analytical skills, and aptitude for technology and systems
- Highly motivated team player with a creative mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations to communicate ideas and strategies to external and internal customers
- Fluency in written and spoken English as minimum; additional, regional language skills advantageous
- Willingness to work in a multicultural environment and to travel within the Asia Pacific region and Europe
