- Ability to lead or support existing workstreams of the Oracle HCM suite during implementation projects
- Aligning with project implementation methodology and the overall project management structure to deliver best-practice HR processes and configurations
- Maintain cross-functional alignment within the project team and possess good knowledge of how to lead a customer
- Ability to align with and work towards an overarching project goal
- Present, lead workshops, and demonstrate and explain complex functionality or solutions to customers
- Ideally educated to Bachelor's or Master's Degree level or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Consultant with a focus on at least one of the following modules: CoreHR, Recruiting and Onboarding, Talent & Performance, Learning, Absence & Time Tracking, Compensation
- Successfully deliver on implementation and/or AMS goals in adherence to project timelines and objectives
- Possess client-facing skills along with the ability to guide and steer both colleagues and client counterparts to achieve project milestones
- Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset to build and foster continuous trust within the internal team and clients
- Working hours: full-time (40h), 27 vacation days
