During your internship, you will gain comprehensive insights into the Porsche working world and, depending on the focus of your studies, you will support us in the following projects, such as:
- Collaborating on projects for the strategic development as well as process and performance optimization of the worldwide Porsche sales network
- Implementing analyses and benchmarks in the business development, organizational, and personnel development for the global trading operations
- Further developing methods and tools, e.g. the development and introduction of new job profiles in retail as well as change management in retail transformation
- Supporting project managers in the processing and roll-out of international projects
- Majoring in business administration, industrial engineering or international management with a focus on marketing, sales, human resources, organizational development, project management, business development, automotive economics, finance, controlling, or corporate management
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of another foreign language desirable
- Enjoy working in a team
- Structured and independent way of working
