Introduction to the role
Porsche Middle East and Africa FZE is offering an exciting role as an Area Manager in the Sales Department. You will manage and execute market and business development projects across assigned markets, consulting and supporting the Porsche dealer network within their region to boost market share. We seek a professional to represent the Porsche brand in all customer and prospect relations. The Area Sales Manager will drive wholesale, order intake, and retail targets in assigned markets.
- Primary point of contact for their markets for all Sales, Marketing, PR, Network Development and Finance related topics. Job Responsibilities•Responsible for management and achievement of Sales targets as well as all supporting KPI and projects in all operational areas of Sales, Marketing, PR, Network Development or Finance.
- Work alongside Head of Region in all strategic and planning topics related to their markets.
- Constantly obtain full overview of all activities in their markets and represent their markets' interest within PME.
- Support Director Sales in department projects/ administrative tasks ensuring smooth operation of the sales business.
- Degree in Business Administration, Automotive, Economics or other relevant field of Education.
- >6 years experience in relevant function within premium automotive/in wholesale level or similar organizations.
- International work experience required.
- Excellent understanding of automotive business KPI.
- Advanced in Microsoft Word, Excel, PP, proficient computer skills incl. MS office applications.
- High level of proficiency in spoken and written English, Arabic, French or German are an advantage.
- Cultural sensitivity, strong interpersonal skills, ambitious, creative and self organized, persuasiveness (implementation of objectives).•Self motivator and willingness of extensive travelling within the Africa Region.
