Your Impact:
As the CRM Manager, you will:
- Drive Direct Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with Marketing and all Porsche Centres to shape and lead our CRM strategy.
- Support Local Campaigns: Provide recommendations and guidance to Porsche Centres for local marketing efforts, ensuring effective use of the C@P Marketing Manager tool.
- Manage Customer Lifecycle Communication: Plan, organize, and execute impactful lifecycle communications, including magazines, newsletters, and welcome packages.
- Optimize Our CRM Database: Work with the Dealer Platform Manager to enhance data quality and provide actionable insights.
- Develop Predictive Marketing Programs: Partner with Porsche AG to design cutting-edge marketing programs tailored for the Canadian market.
- Activate Target Groups: Implement specific measures to engage and reach priority customer segments.
- Lead Market Research: Coordinate surveys, focus groups, and research initiatives to continuously improve campaign performance and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate Satisfaction Efforts: Lead the Porsche Canada Customer Satisfaction Committee.
- Support Strategic Projects: Assist the Manager of Customer Journey in budget planning and the development of key strategic projects.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in database management and CRM, with experience in dealer relationships considered an asset.
- Willingness to travel 10% of the time
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in Direct Marketing, customer loyalty programs, and lead management.
- High-level automotive marketing experience preferred.
- Strong presentation, data forecasting, and computer skills (SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Results-driven, proactive, and motivated.
- Strong project management skills with knowledge of relevant methodologies and platforms.
- Creative and analytical thinking abilities.
- Familiarity with digital reporting products and platforms.
- Knowledge of Porsche sales and dealership systems is a plus.
- Awareness of legal regulations affecting marketing activities.
- Technical platform implementation experience is advantageous.
- Fluency in French in an asset; knowledge of German is an asset.
