Porsche Singapore is hiring a Head of Marketing (HoM) to lead a marketing team of 10 members. This role involves spearheading marketing and communications, events and campaigns, customer relationship management, in-house customer interaction centre, and PR efforts for both Porsche's new and pre-owned cars, as well as Porsche Lifestyle and Aftersales.
The ideal candidate will possess a strategic vision, strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, the ability to inspire innovation within the team, and a keen adaptability to market changes and emerging trends.
- Develop and implement the annual marketing plan to achieve business objectives, seize growth opportunities, and elevate Porsche's brand equity in Singapore. This includes executing dealer events, direct and retail marketing (including digital campaigns), and establishing robust mechanisms to track performance, analyse results, and generate insightful reports for continuous optimisation.
- Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation for continuous marketing effectiveness and a strong return on investment (ROI).
- Govern the customer experience journey across all channels in alignment with brand positioning, which includes defining and documenting this journey from prospecting to post-purchase, creating detailed contact plans, and leading the development of innovative approaches to enhance customer touchpoints, fostering long-lasting customer relationships, and increasing customer lifetime value.
- Conceptualise and oversee retail store activations, including setting KPIs and budgets in alignment with the importer organisation, ensuring successful and brand-appropriate execution by local event agencies.
- Plan and execute 360-degree campaigns, always-on measures, events, and other prospecting activities using data-driven analysis for new and pre-owned cars, Porsche Lifestyle, as well as aftersales, to drive interest, engagement, footfall, leads, and conversions.
- Manage visual merchandising (VM) themes, display vehicles, screen content, and surrounding concepts with storytelling elements, sharing these concepts as unique selling points with the sales and Porsche Lifestyle team to enhance the customer excitement journey.
- Manage the Porsche Lifestyle physical and online retail business in Singapore, overseeing tasks such as developing the marketing calendar, defining the unique proposition, managing inventory, and related activities, all geared towards cultivating a memorable customer experience, enhancing loyalty, and driving profitability.
- Steering Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and the in-house Customer Interaction Centre through strategic planning, market research, and data-driven insights to enhance customer excitement, satisfaction, and brand loyalty through customer delight across digital and physical touchpoints, ensuring seamless channel integration and a distinctive brand experience for customers, prospects, and fans. This includes overseeing sales funnel management by pre-qualifying leads, maintaining the CRM system, managing customer satisfaction surveys, handling incoming and outgoing inquiries and feedback, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience that meets brand standards and KPIs.
- Provide clear direction and leadership to the marketing team, foster a collaborative culture, act as the primary liaison between the team, importer marketing organisation, and agency partners, and ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications, or related fields with at least 10 years of relevant experience
- Experience in leading a team and managing external agencies in the automotive industry will be an added advantage
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong project management ability that comes with analytical and problem-solving skills to drive implementation in a fast- paced environment
- Constant learning, dynamic, hands-on, and Can-Do attitudes are highly preferred
