As a trainee, you will support us in all areas that are necessary to run a dynamic and successful company and you will grow daily with your tasks.
We are looking for a well-organized and detail-oriented person, with a strong interest in digital business and the economic part of the art market. As a new member of the team, you will support us in all areas that are necessary to run dynamic and successful company and you will grow daily with your tasks.
Key responsibilities:
Assisting senior team members with daily operations
Artworks database management
Sales and logistics support (databases, shipping, quality checks)
Marketing and social media content creation
General office administration and logistics support
Event organisation and support
Competencies and requirements:
Strong Interest in contemporary art market/ digital marketing / e-commerce / art administration and operations
Microsoft Office and Computer literacy
Excellent written and spoken skills in English, German desirable
High attention to details and organisation skills
Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
Willingness to learn and grow within and with the company
Comfortable to commute to the workplace on a daily basis
Business and commercial-oriented attitude
Position Type:
12-months international internship in our Zug premises in Switzerland and in Monheim (near Düsseldorf) in Germany.
