- You spend 3 to 9 months in our company
- You build new customer acquisition channels and growth strategies and implement them operationally
- You validate core Growth KPIs such as CAC, Engagement variables and other content metrics
- You optimize online campaigns and partnerships for B2B user acquisitions
- You are responsible for managing, analyzing, and monitoring user and customer insights on our website
- You help us to continuously improve our content offering and user acquisition with reportings, statistics, presentations, and internal dashboards.
- You will work closely with colleagues from the product and operations team to fully understand the service we provide to customers and help optimize it
- You support the Business Development team in planning virtual, physical and hybrid events and ensure their success
- You are currently pursuing or already have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or any comparable subject from a top tier university or business school
- You have first work experience in demanding, fast-paced environments (e.g., consulting, investment banking, high-growth startups, etc.)
- You are a team player, have a hands-on mentality and organizational skills
- You are proactive and have a self-starter mindset with excellent organizational and interpersonal and analytical skills
- You thrive in ambiguity and don't crack under the pressure of a demanding environment
- You preferably already have some experience with social media ads management and Google Analytics
- You are business fluent in German and English
- You'll develop a 360° view of B2B growth hacking issues in a fast-paced environment
