- As an "Expense" auditor, you will be responsible for checking submitted travel expenses. You will carry out all activities related to processing and checking travel expense reports. You are responsible for correct and proper processing by tax and legal requirements. This is based on the audit criteria and requirements provided in accordance with statutory regulations (in particular, the applicable tax regulations) and Porsche AG's operational requirements (travel expense regulations);
- Support in checking and ensuring data quality, process robustness based on predefined standards and check processes analogous to process description;
- Audit travel expense reports in accordance with the current requirements of the travel expense regulations, considering tax regulations;
- Travel expense management: review, system maintenance and employee communication;
- Factual invoice verification for the travel expense accounting area;
- Data entry of travel-related data and documentation of audit results and correction notes in the system;
- Support in day-to-day operations and preparation of all relevant travel expense report topics;
- Providing first-level support (telephone & email) to answer queries from travelers;
- Providing qualified advice to employees on tasks and issues.
- Practical professional experience in the field of accounting, bookkeeping and accounting;
- Previous experience with Cytric, Concur systems is desirable;
- Attention to detail and acknowledgment of Internal controls and regulations;
- Confident with Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams;
- Sensitivity to data protection and data security;
