As a project-specific internal interface, our Business Excellence cluster is responsible for process quality and efficiency in our projects. In the Project Unit, we support our more than 500 project managers in ensuring the success of their projects. We are also responsible for the training and development of our employees in traditional and agile project management.
The following tasks await you:
- Active coaching of our project managers in the project and enabling them to recognize, assess and deal with critical situations
- Identification of quality deficiencies through objective risk-based project monitoring and support for our project managers in defining measures to ensure the success of the project
- Escalation authority in critical situations and, if necessary, turnaround management
- Supporting our project managers in their further development within our Project Leader (PL) competence path incl. performance evaluation
- Conducting workshops, project management trainings and community formats as well as actively shaping the PL community at MHP
To be prepared for your path to MHP, you have the following qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or higher in Economics or a comparable course of study as well as several years of professional and management experience in (IT) project management
- Passion for knowledge transfer and enthusiasm for the further development of project managers
- Expertise in entrepreneurial thinking and process-oriented work
- Your way of working is characterized by cooperation with our customers, partners and MHP employees on site, as well as by analytical skills paired with a goal-oriented and structured way of working
