- Able to work on ESS/MSS projects in at least one of the SAP HCM Modules OM/PA/PY/PT
- Broad business and technology understanding and a good awareness of industry trends in the Human Resource management
- Strong consulting skills e.g. presenting, leading workshops, demonstrating and explaining complex functionality or solutions to customers
- Previous experience on 2nd / 3rd level support, escalation, and incident coordination
- Root cause analysis, testing and documentation of error resolution
- Excellent customer focus, able to assess customer needs, build relationships and manage customer expectations. You will know when to push back, when to escalate, and when to go above and beyond to satisfy a customer
- Strong communicator, able to communicate with customers and colleagues with impact, credibility, and empathy, including in a remote working situation. Sound ability to formally present to senior Client audiences
- Strong commercial awareness and full understanding of project and business dynamics
- Commercial understanding of utilization within a services organization and the importance of these targets
- Ideally educated to Bachelor's or Master's Degree level or equivalent
- 3+ years' experience as a SAP HCM Consultant with know how on least one of the OM/PA/PY/PT modules
- Proven success in contributing within a team environment
- Excellent communication in English (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Understanding of the technological connection between frontend and backend and can answer questions about architecture
- Ideally SAP FIORI technology know how
- Experience in the context of self-services, be able to support customer in developing a roadmap
