- Product strategy: The candidate will evaluate the existing product and technology portfolio and derive strategic action areas and implementation roadmaps
- Process modeling & optimization along the entire engineering value chain: The candidate will apply your analytical understanding of processes, evaluate actual processes and information flows of our customers, derive fields of action and design, and pilot optimized process and data landscapes.
- Organizational development: The candidate will define structures and collaboration models for the innovation and engineering departments of the future and support our customers in large-scale transformation projects.
- Product cost management: The candidate will optimize processes and methods, align roles in the organization with profitability and create transparency by introducing appropriate IT systems
- US Citizen or authorization to work in the US
- Located in Atlanta, GA with ability to travel up to 100%
- Able to start working no later than May or June 2024, full-time hours (40 hours per week)
- Recent graduate or currently a Senior attaining Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Preferably previous internship/work experience in consulting
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proactivity and ability to work independently, strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Fluent in English (multi-lingual preferred)
- Proficient computer skills in SAP and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
