Aufgaben
- Processing user questions about the OneTrust data protection management system tool;
- Answering questions about the tool from users and solving first-level problems and faults in the tool by telephone, email and ticketing system;
- Checking and creating new users for the tool;
- Checking, updating and correcting specific data in the tool;
- Analysis, categorization and prioritization of user requests;
- Documentation of processed user requests;
- Regular reporting of processed user requests to selected contact persons from the client.
Anforderungen
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English;
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with customers as well as a solution-oriented, proactive way of working;
- Experience in dealing with OneTrust desirable;
- Affinity for topics related to data protection and data security;
- High degree of personal responsibility, organizational skills and reliability.
