- Strong knowledge of Business Processes;
- Preparation and execution of fit-to-template workshops;
- Carry out meetings, facilitate workshops, prepare documentation, and take/write up notes;
- Assemble materials, reports, presentations, research, and other documents to a high/client-facing standard;
- Undertake research to support consultancy engagements;
- Documentation of potential gaps/findings;
- In-depth knowledge of SAP QM / PM module functionalities, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules;
- Support, guide, and consult local key users and local end users in executing integration, user acceptance and shake down test;
- Documentation of test results and bugs and monitor re-test of bugs;
- Leads in global environment: experience working on larger landscapes with multiple company codes in different regions; understand business on a global scale; understands what's different from country to country;
- Configure and customize SAP QM / PM modules to meet business requirements;
- Provide end-user training and support for SAP QM / PM functionalities;
- Participate in system upgrades and enhancements to improve QM / PM processes;
- Take ownership of project segments, from planning to realization, ensuring successful outcomes.
- End to end Implementation Project along with experience in Support / Roll out / Upgrade Projects;
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP QM / PM consulting, with a strong track record of client-facing roles and project management relevant experience;
- 4 years of Domain Experience QM / PM and S/4HANA will be a plus;
- Excellent project management capabilities, with experience in SAP QM / PM module;
- Fluency in written and spoken English; German is a plus;
- Good communication and presentations skills;
- People management abilities;
