- Analysis and optimization of business processes within the parcel logistics
- You are responsible within the Core Transformation for the backlog and make sure that the user stories in the product backlog are clear and understandable and that acceptance criteria are in place.
- You make sure that the team understands the user stories and monitor the progress in the team
- You ensure the prioritization of the requirements in coordination with the stakeholders
- You coordinate content dependencies with other product owners and stakeholders and define technical acceptance criteria for the user stories
- Maintain conceptual and technical integrity of features or components for the team
- Gathering relevant business and business process knowledge relevant to the Components
- This role has significant relationships and responsibilities outside of the local team, including working with other product teams, customers, business, and other stakeholders
- Provide transparency into team's work via managing high level roadmap
- Communicate success stories and values created for the organization to the Stakeholders via regular Newsletters
- Follow our competitors and the industry
- Several years of experience as a Product Owner
- Experience of working in Agile teams
- Knowledge about how to maintain and prioritize a backlog
- Very good comprehension skills for the analysis of complex contexts
- Leadership qualities to effectively manage the team and the stakeholders
- Strong communication skills
- Good English skills, both spoken and written
- Experience in the field of logistics
