Aufgaben
- You will be responsible for the technical management, guidance and coordination of our Solution Architects.
- You will ensure compliance with the EA guidelines in the work of the Solution Architects.
- You will be responsible for architecture support at a cross-family level and provide direct support for a product family when working with the solution architecture.
- You support the product family leaders and align the goals of the product families with the architecture patterns. You convey architectural best practices to the product families and communicate the value of architecture patterns.
- Develop solution architectures for business requirements by abstracting given business, information and technology elements and applying these elements to solve specific problems.
- Considering the business challenges and requirements, you will work to identify and implement specific solutions, ensuring that these solutions support the business strategies and are consistent with the overall enterprise architecture.
- You will be responsible for proposing a combination of building blocks for potential solutions.
- You will ensure that the design patterns within the product family are correctly applied and documented.
Qualifikationen
- At least 7 years of professional experience in a technical/IT field, preferably as a Solution Architect.
- Advanced knowledge of IT with a focus on strategic thinking and the ability to present architectural issues and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology or a similar degree in a technical field.
- Knowledge of building a scaled agile team.
- Knowledge and experience with service orientated architecture (SOA).
- Knowledge of microservices and monolithic architectures as well as a combination of these architectures in a living landscape.
- A high level of English and German language skills.
- TOGAF10 certificate.
- BPMN2 certificate.
