The Customer & Prospect Management team ensures a seamless customer journey, focusing on effective lead generation, conversion, and long-term brand loyalty across Sales, After Sales, and Financial Services.
What to expect?
- You dive into the daily operations of the Customer and Prospect Management (CPM) team, driving improvements in data management and customer engagement strategies.
- You analyze data trends and uncover insights that support strategic decision-making.
- You contribute to regional initiatives by developing guidelines, frameworks, systems, and reports to address key challenges.
- You manage core CPM responsibilities, including reporting, training coordination, and meeting preparation.
- You build strong connections by managing communication with regional partners, suppliers, and Porsche AG counterparts.
- You occasionally support front office operations by covering the HQ reception desk when required.
What sets you apart?
- You have a passion for cars and a strong interest in the Porsche brand.
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- You have a basic understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) concepts and tools.
- You have strong analytical skills and can interpret data to generate meaningful insights.
- You are proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and you are comfortable learning new software (e.g., CRM and reporting platforms).
- You have excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- You are detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in supporting team tasks.
- You are eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to customer engagement strategies.
