Tasks
Drive corporate strategy:
•Develop, implement, and monitor the overall Strategy 2030 for all business areas of the subsidiary in coordination with CEO and BoM.
•Communicate the strategy across the organization & on dealer level.
Support PTW corporate development:
•Evaluate the organizational structure and continuously seek to optimize processes.
•Develop and implement transformation projects to improve effectiveness and efficiency, addressing the challenges of cultural differences.
Develop PTW sustainability strategy:
•Take responsibility for Sustainability Directives.
•Develop a sustainability roadmap, implement initiatives, conduct ESG reporting & coordinate the sustainability team
Be responsible for PTW Road to 20:
•Establish a process and an overarching portfolio of profitability initiatives for PTW, fully aligned with Strategy 2030.
•Consolidate and evaluate existing initiatives, while identifying new profit pools.
Be responsible for Shareholder Committees preparation:
•Oversee the preparation of the Shareholder Committees, ensuring alignment with Headquarters.
Support the CEO:
•Act as an advisory to CEO and BoD, prepare decision templates and monitor the implementation of decisions.
•Align, track and evaluate Business Plan measures together with CEO and BoM.
Qualifications
Basic Qualification:
•University degree in Business Administration or comparable qualification
•At least 5 years of professional experience in the automotive industry (ideally with a premium manufacturer) in internationalSales as well as in controlling and implementing international and complex projects
•High levels of Integrity and Compliance
•Ability work independently as well as in teams
•Good interpersonal and communication skills and a proactive attitude with good time management skills
•Ability to handle very sensitive and confidential topic
•Strong ability to drive implementation, result-oriented, enforcement skills
•Comprehensive project management experience with a focus on international and complex projects
•Fluent in English
Preferred Qualification:
•Ideally sound knowledge of the Porsche sales organization in an international context
•Great start-up mindset and analytical skills, team collaboration, self-motivated, ability & desire to learn
•Intercultural experience, and a strong understanding of able to work with Asian cultures
•Language ability in German and/or Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
