- From day one, you’ll be a fully integrated member of our Talent Acquisition team, working closely with our Talent Acquisition Managers and business departments – right at the heart of our daily operations.
- You’ll support the entire end-to-end recruiting process: from drafting and publishing job postings, to screening applications, and organizing as well as following up on interviews.
- As a key interface between candidates and hiring teams, you’ll ensure a smooth and efficient process – always balancing an excellent candidate experience with internal needs.
- You’ll take on real responsibility, conduct interviews independently, and contribute your insights to the selection process – in direct collaboration with our Hiring Managers.
- With your fresh perspective and passion for HR, you’ll bring creative, data-driven, and hands-on ideas to both ongoing and new projects.
- Special Add-on: You'll actively help shape our recruiting processes for young talents and take full ownership of junior-level positions – from the initial kick-off all the way to hiring.
YOUR SKILLS
- You're studying social sciences, psychology, business administration, or a similar field – or you're currently in a gap year between your Bachelor's and Master's degrees.
- Experience in HR or recruiting? Even better.
- You work independently, stay organized, and remain focused even when things get busy.
- Communication is your strong suit – in both German and English, written and spoken.
- You’re a team player and excited to work with people from all kinds of backgrounds.
- You’re confident using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel.
