TASKS WITH IMPACT
- Act as a global business expert in retail projects, providing insights and guidance.
- Standardize processes in a decentralized retail organization, aligning them with global standards.
- Collaborate strongly with country retail teams to share best practices and enhance overall performance.
- Implement global retail projects, including task management and communication platforms.
- Integrate omnichannel development, pilots, and implementations into the retail operations organization.
- Create defined frameworks for clusters to operate within, ensuring coherence and adherence to global standards.
- Follow up on strategic directions and support country roles in executing their day-to-day activities.
- Develop, improve, and roll out mobile employee devices to enhance efficiency and connectivity.
YOUR SKILLS
- At least 5 years of retail experience, ideally within the Beauty industry.
- Proven experience in a similar role, managing global projects and standardizing processes.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with international teams.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
- Deep understanding of omnichannel strategies and their implementation in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and drive change.
- Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
